Advanced orders & Special builds terms and conditions
I ordered an item listed as “advanced order or special build.” When will it arrive?
Special builds or advanced order items are not available to ship at the time of purchase. Shipping timelines are detailed in the product description.
Please check the product page when items will ship. Shipping and delivery dates on these items are NOT guaranteed, unless otherwise noted.
While we make every effort to communicate accurate delivery estimates around your orders, unanticipated production delays for advanced orders and limited edition/Special build items do happen. If an item in your order has been affected by a production delay, we will notify you via email or the build update PAGE as soon as possible.
Anything else I should know about advanced orders/special builds?
Yes! If you do place a advanced order/special build from our store, please note the following:
- Payment is charged immediately at checkout.
- Timelines vary based on product. Please refer to the product description for estimates on when the item you’re ordering is intended to ship.
- Final specification may alter from original if in our judgement it is sonically superior.
- The date listed on the product page is an estimation
- Details regarding delays are communicated by email or the build updates PAGE. If an update has not been provided, we don’t have the information readily available yet.
- Special builds are not time of the essence and so do not request fixed delivery or shipping dates as these cannot be provided.
My order is marked as shipped but I can’t track my order, why is this?
All special build and advance order builds typically ship at the same time. Tracking numbers are loaded in advance of passing to our shipping partners where possible ( most overseas shipments).
We drop all parcels at the shipping partner for processing. The speed of this can vary greatly and you should allow approximately 25- 45 business days for your tracking to update (business days are Monday to Friday , excluding bank holiday’s and do not include Saturday or Sunday) This is from the time we have informed you we have passed the parcels to the shipping partner and not from the time of receiving your tracking.
If you cannot agree to the above terms please do not order a special or advance order build.
